RTRP / GRP / FRP / GRVE Pipes, Fittings & Flanges

Glass Reinforced Plastics “GRP” or Reinforced Thermosetting Resin Pipes ‘RTRP’ exhibit excellent adhesion, fatigue-resistance, impact strength, and chemical-resistance and low shrinkage, leading to lesser stresses in the finished pipe, superior mechanical and chemical properties, long-term performance and excellent fatigue-resistance under cyclic loading.

SQ RTRP / GRP pipe series are made with the high-strength helical fiber glass filament winding process, with the exclusively self-retained techniques, the self-developed internal heating curing technique and computer control during the whole course of production. 

3 LPE External Coating Of Underground Piping / Pipelines  Three Layers Extruded Polyethylene System 

3LPE coating is a multi-layer coating composed of three functional components.

LAYER – 01   A high performance Fusion Bonded Epoxy . which provides protection against corrosion and is fusion bonded with the lasted steel surface.

LAYER – 02  Co-polymer adhesive which has excellent chemical bonding to the inner layer and the top layer of polyethylene.

LAYER – 03  Is the layer of polyethylene coated used for protection against any physical damage of the pipes

Polymer Concrete Manholes , Jacking Pipes

SQ range of polymer concrete jacking pipes are mainly used for underground sewage lines.

They have the strength of polymer concrete and corrosion resistance of GRP. They are Ideal for installation using the state of the are  No-Dig / Micro Tunneling methods.

The polymer manholes made by SQ have proven to be corrosion resistant given that they do not have cement in them.

Polymer manholes are resistant against the sewer gases created in heated soils or by elevation changes. The polymers can also be individualized to fulfill the requirements of specific corrosive elements.
